My name is Amelie Schäfer, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Media Informatics from the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen, Germany. My bachelor thesis was part of an interdisciplinary exhibition about Machine Learning in Tübingen. This exhibition received the Communicator Award 2024 in Potsdam for its outstanding and diverse science communication.

I am currently doing the master program in Media and Human-Centered Computing  at TU Wien. My interests include critical theory of media and informatics, visual computing, and design studies. I am currently supporting teaching activities while maintaining a close connection to the students.
